SANA supports all major wearables and Apple Health, including Apple Watch, Garmin, Whoop, Fitbit and Oura Ring.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned by hitting daily targets across movement and sleep - number of steps, active minutes and hours slept. Showing up consistently earns points.
Do I need to log anything manually?
No. Once your device is connected, SANA runs in the background and reads your activity and sleep automatically.
What can I spend my points on?
Points are redeemable in the SANA Storefront across multiple categories.
