Movement and recovery were already part of our everyday lives, but we kept seeing the same challenge: staying consistent is difficult when progress feels distant and the effort made today goes unrecognised.
At the same time, loyalty programmes were influencing behaviour across almost every other part of life. Supermarkets rewarded shopping. Airlines rewarded travel. Coffee shops rewarded repeat purchases.
We began asking a different question:
Why do we reward spending, but not the habits that can improve how people feel and live?
SANA grew from that question.
